Disability-Related Accommodations and Services Policy
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Counsel Connect is committed to providing equal access to its continuing education programs and making reasonable accommodations for participants with documented disabilities.
Counsel Connect will make reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures and will provide appropriate auxiliary aids or services when necessary to ensure that individuals with disabilities have equitable access to training programs. Accommodations are provided in a manner that maintains the integrity of course content and learning objectives.
Participants seeking disability-related accommodations or services are responsible for submitting requests in a timely manner prior to the start of the training, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Accommodation requests may be submitted during the registration process or by contacting Counsel Connect directly.
Certain accommodation requests may require supporting documentation to verify the need for the requested accommodation. This documentation may include a written statement from a qualified healthcare or medical provider that supports the medical basis for the request. Counsel Connect will review all documentation in a confidential manner and only for the purpose of determining appropriate accommodations.
To initiate an accommodation request, participants should complete the Request for Reasonable Accommodation Form and submit it via email to:

Counsel Connect is committed to working collaboratively with participants to identify reasonable and appropriate accommodations that support access while preserving the educational standards of its continuing education programs.
