Policy on Program Fees, Refunds, and Cancellation

Purpose and Scope

This policy outlines the standards governing program fees, refunds, and cancellation for all continuing education (CE) programs offered by the Provider. The policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) requirements.

This policy applies to all CE activities, including self-paced home study courses, on-demand programs, and any live or scheduled offerings if applicable.

Program Fees

Program fees are clearly stated at the time of registration and prior to payment. Fees are determined based on course length, content, instructional design, and administrative costs associated with offering continuing education courses.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all course details, including fees, learning objectives, and completion requirements, prior to enrollment. Payment of the program fee constitutes agreement with the terms outlined in this policy.

Unless otherwise stated, program fees include access to course materials, required assessments, and issuance of a certificate of completion upon successful fulfillment of all course requirements.

Refund + Cancellation Policy

Self-Paced / Home Study Programs

Due to the nature of self-paced and on-demand CE programs, refunds are not provided once course access has been granted. Immediate access to proprietary educational content constitutes delivery of the product.

Transfer of Enrollment

Enrollment in CE programs is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to course materials and certificates of completion is limited to the registered participant.

Dispute Resolution

Questions or concerns regarding program fees, refunds, or cancellation should be submitted in writing to connect@counselconnectllc.com. The Provider is committed to resolving disputes in a professional, fair, and timely manner.

Commitment to Transparency and Professional Standards

The Provider is committed to ethical business practices, clear communication, and compliance with NBCC ACEP standards. This policy is intended to provide participants with a transparent understanding of financial and administrative expectations related to CE participation.
