Typically, client’s reach out to me when exploring issues such as marriage/couples counseling, sexuality, gender identity and intimate relationships. I serve adults and couples both in-person at our office located in Chesterfield, VA and virtually.

I integrate person-centered and narrative therapies in my work with individuals and utilize techniques from EFT, Gottman, and experiential modalities for my couples.
